• To seal the containers, place the groove of the second container over the ring of the filled container, and slide your thumbs around the edge of the top container, pressing down firmly. Slide your fingers around the bottom container, tucking the last bulge into place to complete the seal.

This versatile container can be used not only for hamburger treats but also for chicken croquettes, potato cakes/latkes, or fish patties.

• Veggie burger:: Make your own falafel mixture with herbs and spices and shape it like burgers. Use egg and breadcrumbs to keep the mix together. Lentils or beans are also a great alternative for a healthy burger.
• Chicken croquettes: Finely chop cooked chicken or turkey and combine with seasoned thick white sauce. Add chopped parsley, minced onion, or lemon rind to season. Prepare burgers and freeze. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs before frying.
• Potato cakes: Use leftover mashed potatoes to prepare potato cakes. Bind with an egg and season well. For variation, add cheese or chopped cooked vegetables. Use immediately, refrigerate, or freeze.
• Fish cakes: Prepare your favorite fish cake mixture with smoked fish or white fish or a blend of the two. Sprinkle a few breadcrumbs inside the ring then add a portion of fish mixture to form the fish cake. Sprinkle crumbs on top, then press lightly with the Press and remove ring. Use or freeze as desired.
