• Clean and dry your product before first use.
• When filled with food, always transport with closed valve and in an upright position. Do not transport hot food in your container
• Always use oven gloves to remove from the microwave oven.
• After reheating, allow to stand for a few minutes to allow the temperature to distribute equally.
• Lift cover off facing away from you to let steam escape safely.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning pads or abrasive cleaners, as these will scratch the product.

• During reheat, open the vent before putting into microwave oven
• Reheat for not more than 15 minutes
